Stress levels in the bungalow sky-rocket as Greg's coffin arrives to spend the night in the extension. It's particularly hard for Emily, who announces that she doesn't even want to see the coffin, let alone attend the funeral.

Margi is upset because she can't remember the last thing that she said to Greg, whilst Nikki is still only just managing to keep her mouth shut (apart from when she's on the booze, that is!) and not blurt out the truth about her father's nefarious activities. She also has a go at Emily, pointing out to her sister that *she's* lost her father and brother too.

Emily is eventually persuaded to attend the funeral although she insists that she won't wear black. Margi's just pleased that she's agreed to go, but Jessie is adamant that wearing anything other than black is disrespectful.

Margi announces her intention to say a few words during the service and wants Nikki to do the same:

"I don't want anyone leaving that place without knowing what my Greg was like", she says, as Nikki looks on with a horrified expression on her face.

Somehow, I suspect that the congregation *will* be discovering *exactly* what Greg was like - I'm guessing though - we'll have to wait and see if that happens. But with a comment like that from Margi...

Over in Bar Brookie, Mike is spreading rumours about why Jimmy lost his job. "Close encounters with female pupils" is his considered opinion.

Matt and Bosko are still attempting to become millennium millionaires through their latest venture known as Brookie Bug Busters. For some reason, which I wasn't able to work out, Megan was doing some work on Jacqui's PC when the BBBs approached her and enquired whether she was "MB1 and MB2 compatible". Megan, who was about to demonstrate a computer virus to Katie (best not to ask!), set them up and "scammed" the Bug Busters out of £30. Needless to say, they were *not* pleased.

Mick has finally decided to sell the chippy and had to give Sinbad the bad news. Sin tried to convince Mick that he should give the business another shot and offered to sell number eight to raise some capital. Unfortunately, this idea came too late - Mick confessed that the deal has already been done.

Back at Bar Brookie, Jimmy was accosted by Callum, keen to find out how Jim was doing with his promise to persuade Lindsey to hand over her share of the club. Obviously, Jim tried to avoid answering the question *too* truthfully, but Callum saw through his efforts and made it plain that if Jimmy didn't get it sorted quickly, then he would have to resort to his own methods of 'persuasion' once more.

Hmm, so that would mean yet more hospital scenes, then?
