Brookside Page updated every weekend Week Commencing September 24th 2000 Jacqui was convinced that Susannah was still having an affair, but didn't know who with. When she spotted her flirting with Jerome, Jacqui assumed it must be him. After questioning Jerome, Jacqui told Darren about her suspicions but he said he was not interested in Susannah's private life. Later though Darren called round to see Susannah and stayed the night. The next morning Jacqui called round to make her peace with Susannah and heard noises from upstairs. Susannah explained that the kids were playing upstairs and shut the door. After speaking to Mick Jacqui realized Susannah had lied to her and decided the noises must have been made by her lover. Angry at being lied to Jacqui decided to tell Max about Susannah's affair. Shelley offered to help Jackie by paying for Jimmy to have private treatment after she confided in her about Jimmy's state of mind. Mick was delighted when Sinbad agreed to be his best man. Bev caught Dave stealing money from her, but after he managed to convince her that he had good reason for his actions Bev gave him £3,000 to repay his debts.   Also this week on Brookside Emily and Tim thought they had solved their money problems when Tim found some bar work, but the lecherous advances from the pub landlord Larry proved too much for Emily, so they have no option but to go on the run again, to seek out Brian the gay salesman. Meanwhile Darren was shocked by Victoria's declaration of love. Diane's hopes of being pregnant were dashed and Lance took over Katie's slimming club.
