Brookside Page updated every weekend Week Commencing July 2nd 2000 The Murray's were relieved when Sinbad found Anthony and returned him to his home, but the Murray's joy was short lived when they heard about the allegations made against Sinbad. Susannah and Mick returned from holiday, but while Mick felt better for the break Susannah was a little off colour and feared she might be pregnant. Later when Susannah realised it was a false alarm she relaxed by spending a passionate time with Darren. When Victoria offered to help fix Gemma's computer for Mick she was horrified to discover child pornography on it's hard drive. Shocked by this discovery Victoria was about to report it to the police but was persuaded not to by Jacqui who told her about the allegations made against Sinbad. Jacqui believed Sinbad was innocent and pointed out the pictures may be nothing to do with him. At first Victoria was prepared to give Sinbad the benefit of doubt, but when Mick told her that Sinbad had been using the computer a lot recently, she felt she has no choice but to report her suspicions to the authorities and Sinbad was arrested. Also this week when Bev gave Leanne's brother Lance a job in her bar, she was surprised to find they had a lot in common. Meanwhile Anthea was distraught when she heard the damage to her house was not covered by her insurance but Ron cheered her up with a lovely surprise. Susannah and Darren decided to end their affair while near Preston Tim and Emily tempted fate by recording a video of themselves confessing to their crimes against Susannah and Steve and Katrina were also caught on camera.
