Brookside Page updated every weekend Week Commencing 30th January 2000 Last week Emily planned her revenge towards Susannah. While Tim was working at Bar Brookie Emily took the opportunity to steal Susannah's handbag. This week he became concerned about her behavior and also discovered there were some cherished family photo's in the bag. Tim asked Emily about them but it was too late as she had already got rid of them. Then she arranged for some manure to be delivered and left in Susannah's front garden, making her furious when she found out.     On Friday Emily had a night of passion planned for her and Tim. When she showed him the keys to Susannah's house and told him they had gone away for the weekend he was delighted. However just as they started to get passionate they heard a car door slam shut, and discovered Max and Susannah had arrived outside.      Meanwhile Katie was relying on Jacqui's support in getting her job back, but was furious when she sided with Nathan. As they argued they soon fell out, and Katie decided she wanted nothing more to do with Jacqui, while she continued dating Nathan, and also refused to be her bridesmaid at the wedding. Meanwhile Rachel was left with the dilemma of who to have as bridesmaids now that Katie and Jacqui are no longer friends. She decided not to have Jacqui but dreaded telling her. After Rachel gave Jacqui the bad news , Katie heard some home truths. Also this week Sinbad made progress with Andrew, While Gemma dreaded the thought of returning to Brookside Comprehensive School and threatened to run away. Meanwhile in the Corkhill household tension was on the increase as Jimmy continued his obsession with his precious arch. Later he gave a speech to the Historical Society about his millennium project. While Victoria's behavior caused concern for Darren and she later poured her heart out to him.
