After last weeks bomb blast Brookie residents
are left to face the devastation caused by the explosion.
When Lindsey regains consciousness she attempts to help
Susannah and Greg who are lying naked under the rubble.
Hearing Susannah moan, and unable to reach Greg she decides
to help Susannah out first, but then Nikki rushes in and is
shocked to find her dad lying still beside Susannah. Lindsey
manages to persuade Nikki to help out, in an attempt to stop
her asking any awkward questions. However it's not long
before an anxious Jason also rushes in to try and find Greg
and his sister. Jason's attempts to help his dad end in
tragedy, just as he's about to reach him and pull him to
safety the wall of the changing rooms collapses crushing
Jason underneath the rubble, unable to escape he is left
holding Greg's hand. Also called in to help out with the
casualties is Darren who is interrupted during his moment of
passion with Victoria. While Susannah fights for her life in
Hospital Lindsey comes to the conclusion that Callum
Finnegan must be responsible meaning that the disaster could
be all her fault.
On
Wednesday Nikki tries to come to terms with recent events
but is troubled by her thoughts of seeing Greg with
Susannah. As a means of comfort she turns to drinking and
after having some whisky she questions Lindsey for answers
who eventually confirms her suspicions. Nikki breaks down
when she hears the truth about her dad's affair and hates
him for what he's done, but blames Susannah for Jason and
Greg's deaths, and finds drinking a solution to all her
problems.
Meanwhile Jackie discovers Jimmy has been
having secret meetings with Karen at her flat, when he was
supposed to be working late at the school. Jackie decides to
follow Jimmy to his next meeting with Karen, but the
destination turns out to be a pub. Jackie jumps to the wrong
conclusions and without considering the consequences, she
walks on on their meeting in anger where she reveals the
truth to Karen about Jimmy's fake certificates.
On
Friday Mick and Sinbad fear for their lives after Josh and
his gang track them down full of hatred for black people,
and start viciously attacking them. Although the Musgrove
lads step in to help the victims and get rid of the gang,
Mick and Sinbad are left in a sorry state.Also this week
Harvey turns up which makes Nikki feel uncomfortable. While
Nathan and Darren discuss their girlfriends. After a
disastrous opening night for the Millennium Club Jacqui
decides to give up on her partnership and settle down in a
relationship with Nathan, and Lindsey 's friendship with
Shelly looks set to develop.

After arranging the Millenium
Club explosions Callum threatens Lindsey with more action.
Worried by Callum's threats Lindsey turns to Jimmy for help
who in turn phones his old friends to ask them a favour.
Jimmy later hands in a forced resignation at the School.
Mick and Sinbad escape alive from their beating , but Leo
and Jerome decide on violent retaliation. This leads to a
racism storyline set for a riot and results with Jerome
ending up on the wrong side of the law.
