Week Beginning August 15th 1999

Jacqui DixonThis week Katrina is under suspicion after Harry has a fall and hurts himself. When Emily and Kelly are asked to babysit Harry they make a worrying discovery, Although it is Katie who informs Jacqui about harry's bump on his head. Jacqui is concerned for his welfare and decides to confront Susannah. However Susannah is furious at first and convinced Jacqui wants Harry back, but eventually admits she's having trouble coping with two babies to look after. Later in the week Jacqui puts her trust in Katrina by offering her extra money to ensure Harry is looked after properly, and hopes that she made the right decision.

Jerome and NikkiMeanwhile Nikki and Jerome have become more than good friends, While Jason's feelings towards Jerome haven't changed. Later in the week Jason's actions start up a fight after he deliberately blocks in Jerome's car, and when Leo also reluctantly becomes involved it's up to Nikki and Mick to separate them. On Friday Luke returns to the close a free man giving the Musgroves something to celebrate, unlike Nikki who has to cope with living just a few doors away.

MargiMeanwhile Greg returns from his holiday with feelings for Susannah stronger than ever, and on Friday they arrange to meet up in the woods to share a few moments alone together. However they are not alone Jessie is watching as they say goodbye, disgusted with their behavior, Jessie knows that Greg should have been supporting his daughter since Luke's release and later confronts him. As Jessie argues with him about his relationship Greg insists he loves Susannah, and is forced to admit he will be leaving Margi. Although Jessie tries to make him feel guilty about leaving his family, Greg only has feelings for Susannah, and assumes she feels the same.

Darren and VictoriaAlso this week Mark picks up on Darren's feelings of love for his wife, While Darren attempts to explain his feelings to Victoria. He then arranges a date with her but this is unsuccessful. However he doesn't give up he tries once again to declare his lover for her, as they consider whether they have a future together. While Jimmy's tapestry causes arguments as his work pushes their marriage further apart. While Mike and Rachel have a future to look forward to. And lastly Lindsey manages to get 100 free cases of beer for the Millennium Club opening ceremony.
