The
situation at Clint's funeral rapidly deteriorated as Ron and Mike arrived
just as Robbie was about to hit Anthea. Robbie soon diverted his hatred
towards Ron and his anger intensified when Mike claimed that Ron gave
Clint a warning before firing the gun.
Anthea knew that no such warning was given, but when Ron later tried
to pressure her into keeping to the story she told the police, she confided
in Jimmy that her relationship with Ron was suffering as a result of
the tension between them.
Ron began to doubt whether he still had Anthea's support, especially
when he saw her talking to Katie.
Meanwhile
Jimmy became a good Samaritan to Tim and Emily when he offered to let
them stay at his house, but omitted to tell Lindsey. She was not so
keen on the new lodgers especially when Jimmy seemed reluctant to lay
down a few house rules.
Although Tim no longer had to worry about having somewhere to stay,
he soon had more serious problems on his mind after he discovered Ron
may have to tell the truth in court about who supplied the gun.
